The Malbon’s Story
Its been said that the Malbon family helped to feed the Revolutionary Army. With Malbon’s numerous family recipes that have been carefully guarded and passed down from generation to generation, it is no wonder. In 1923, Will Malbon started what later became Malbon Brothers Hog Farm, which was one of the country’s largest hog producing farms. They helped fine-tune the Malbon’s recipe of the mouth-watering, southern BBQ, BBQ sauces and other delectable dishes.
