You can get steaks and seafood at other restaurants listed in this site, but the restaurants listed here are the places that you will remember for the rest of your life. This category used to be called "Fine Dining" but that's a deceptive term. When people think of "fine dining" they think of getting all dressed up and eating fancy food. We've got the fancy food, but in most cases dressing up is definiitely optional. I'm not aware of any restaurants in Virginia Beach that require men to wear a coat and tie for dinner. Thank Goodness!
